Minutes

• The team approved minutes from last meeting.

• Jörg presented the WIGOS metadata content model. Discussions followed regarding the use of tags in the model. Rodica mentioned that there are similar lists being developed and strongly advises the team to consider providing useful guidance that will enable members to contribute to WMO.

• The team reviewed issues in the 'in validation' column on the project board

  • 159 (units), 112 (sample treatment), 284 (chemical species), 289 (particle phase), 263 (aerosol)

• 265 (clouds), may not be ready for FT2021-2

• 279 (ocean), the non-cyrospheric variables are ready

• Anna will compile all of the issues associated with table 1-01-01 that are validated at the end of the week and team will review for gaps. If minor, the team might be able to address gaps before June 24. Otherwise, gaps can be address in future FTs.

Actions

• Lara and Gao: add comments to issues that you feel are ready/done and tag Jorg so he can validate them.
