   • The team approved the minutes.
3. Secretariat Updates [am, 5’]
   • INFCOM II has been delayed from March 2022 to November 2022.
   • Proposed KPI document is expected to be ready next September.
4. Review feedback from Estelle Grüter on behalf of MeteoSwiss
   • FT2021-2 vI.3 feedback from Estelle Gruter
   • Franziska will provide more information on the OSCAR surface if needed.
   • (Jorg) Fix inconsistencies of metadata standard and codelist implementation which requires someone to take responsibility. The TT cannot fix the problem which is more of government's responsibility to tackle. The TT has yet developed the next version of WIGOS metadata standard.
   • (Juan) WIS implementation of KPI validation function including rules to check against XML document and schema whereas WIGOS KPI only checks the schema.
   • (Jorg) The existing rules need to be documented precisely.
   • (Gao) With regard to upwards and backwards compatibility of codelists, one question is how to related the old to the new. My suggestion is to provide some guidelines to usage. New model is more surface measurement.
   • (Jorg) Variable names not changed yet, but will be done in future.
   • The team reviewed the feedback one by one and added the comments.

6. KPIs
   • (Juan) KPI repository, the main script and 5 open issues
   • (Jorg) How many hours have you spent so far?
     • (Juan) 16 hours on the structure and 2 rules
     • (Lara) 3 days at least
   • (Xiaoxia) Shares the cross-cutting between GDPFS web portal colleagues and TT-WISMD, discussing the issues of GDPFS product metadata on WIS and inviting the TT members to internally review the GDPFS portal. Asks a question about the KPI numbering with the absolute value, not the current 11 KPIs into 6 categories in Category No.- Subcategory No.
   • (Jorg) Quantity and quality cannot be grouped. The naming convention for the implementation
   • (Gao) how do people interpret the KPI number? Get things to be easy.
   • (Jorg) how do we proceed
   • (Lara) Would like to continue working on KPI, but asks for the decision to how to proceed with the KPIs with an easy/simple way to score.
