Effects

When navigating to this page, the Wombak logo in the header and animate to the state it is in the screenshot below. The steps for said animation would be:

1. The user navigates to the page, the Wombak logo appears at regular size. It begins to scale up as the user scrolls.
2. The 2nd "Wombak" text logo appears, either by filling the path or fading in.
3. As 2 is ending the guides appear, transitioning in from the top & left.
4. The rest of the contents continue to fade in as the user scrolls down.
