초기데이터 설정을 위한 코드 삭제

  • 더 이상 사용할 필요가 없기 때문에 삭제합니다.

✅ 작업할 내용

초기데이터 설정을 위한 코드 삭제

  • InitializationUserConfiguration 삭제
  • application-local.yml 에서 auction과 user 세팅을 위한 설정값 삭제
