Env

Latest production.

Steps

  • Add "Video" block
  • Select a video made on iPhone from Apple Photos
  • Note: there is also an unnecessary confirmation step after you make a selection. It was not present in the previous editor.

This appears to only impact free WordPress.com sites. While video uploads are disabled for those types of sites by default, they benefit from an exception within the mobile apps (pbArwn-3mr-p2, p3hLNG-jP-p2#comment-2046). We'll need to identify how we might support that exception within GutenbergKit.
