Failing to attach image when creating a ticket through the Contact Form in the app #21651

If you tap the "Contact support" button when chatting with the bot in the app, you are unable to attach images:

Note: This issue is being seen on both Android and iOS which suggests it's a problem with Zendesk itself, but their status page shows no issues.

However, I was just able to submit an attachment via "Contact support" on Android.
