First, when comparing Afghanistan with European Union, it is weak in all CLIAR clusters, and the legend only shows what weak mean. Yet ideally, we may need the legend for all categories, weak, emerging, and strong, to be shown, so that readers know what each color represents. This issue applies to both static and dynamic graphs.
Second, in the dynamic graph, would it be helpful to readers if we clarify the time frame of "Change in CTF" ? Also, “No significant change” seem to be a bit vague, as readers may have different views on what is significant or not.
