Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

  1. Open wormhole-connect on small screen
  2. Switch between networks in "From" section
  3. Check if "Select a network" pop-up is blinking

Actual result: "Select a network" pop-up is blinking.
Expected result: "Select a network" pop-up is not blinking.
