Hi,
I just tried to upload the WormJam.xml to Metexplore and it failed. Fabien and I run the http://sbml.org/Facilities/Validator/section-print-result.jsp on it and throws some errors. @JakeHattwell could you check?

Maybe this API helps for automatic integration http://sbml.org/Facilities/Documentation/Validator_Web_API

I'm looking into this at the moment - seems to be mainly annotation and structural errors

Update: Still working on this - we're down from ~4000 errors to 178 now, so making good progress
