Filters with OR

Hello there! First of all, I love this library! Thanks for working on it! 💪🏼

This is more like a question rather than a feature request, but is there any ongoing work for combining filters with an OR operator? I see in the docs, this is still not supported: Multiple filters are combined with a logical AND. At the moment, combining filters with OR is not supported.. So just checking.
