Make Limit of Previews Configurable

first of all great Rocket.Chat Giphy App. It would be nice if the limit of previews could be configurable.

I think that show just one gif per time and have a shuffle button, like the Slack app, can be very useful and reduce band usage

I have a feature request in for this RocketChat/Rocket.Chat.Apps-engine#112

Once the Apps-Engine supports it, I will surely implement it into this app.
