All attributes for a custom layer are showing even when only specific attributes are defined and custom label names are not applied

Describe the bug
In version 1.5 of the configuration file, a user defines specific attributes to show as a pop-up. This specific attribute configuration is not seen when the site is loaded, which includes the custom labels that the user defines for each attribute. Instead, all attributes load using their default field expression.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://www.haynatiora.mg/map/'
2. Click on 'Statute Des Terres' and activate layer 'Occupation fonciere'
3. Click on a shapefile to see that all attributes in pop-up.
4. All attributes appear with default field expression.

Expected behavior
Only four attributes should appear, labeled: 'Land parcel identification', 'Commune', 'Fokontany', 'Village', and 'Land use' attributes should appear.
