Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently rebuild the container each time we launch the update process. This bears the risk, that dependencies might have changed and build might fail. This just happend. Somme google dependencies required a higher version of setup tool.
To avoid this kind of issue we will need to publish the Dockerfile once tested and download and run the pre-build image instead of building it each time.
