Description

RETRO BOARD

1. On add board - new type added ("retro board")
2. On this board, give visitors write access in a specified period of time (to prevent editing after retrospective). Admin is always permitted to edit! Admin can click on board settings "permit Visitors to edit this board" and add specififed time (max value 24h?) - moja wizja
   2.1. Lub od Grzegorza - button Start Session and possibility to start/stop user session, setup session duration time + admin has history of sessions
   2.2 After new session starts, automatically assign actions that are not marked as 'done' from previous retro session
3. We do not give names to each visitor (?) - I think it might be too much to do, but not really needed in this case. People can always write their names on cards if they want to. - mój point of view
   3.1 od Grzegorza - name field mandatory
4. 4 columns available - to be named by admin during board creation (on default names: Start, stop, continue, Actions for next sprint)
   4.1. Admin can group cards together and change priorities
5. Only one widget available - text field,
   5.1. BUT! Maybe it would be possible to add checkbox "reference to other widget" and link with eg. Red zabbix from other board. Instead of going to this widget on other board, show it as expandable content under this text field on retro board?
   5.2. Maybe whitespace also is needed so add this widget also
   6.Each user has its own number of votes to use that can be used on chosen cards (or card group), - only during voting(?) session runned by admin
6. Possible sorting by number of votes
7. Backend to remember which card was added by which visitor and allow to edit after creating only for creator
8. Print to PDF possible on Actions column?
9. Drag'n drop from other column to actions column and possibility to assign owner.
10. When session is already over - it should be possible to mark action as "DONE". To discuss if admin is responsible for that, all users, or only user assigned (which I think may not work because this person may left project, be on sick leave etc.) and it would stay for next session as not marked as "DONE". Maybe assigned person & admin?
