This is very odd, when installing the VISION package , the error lying below:
the phanghorn can not be found in CRAN instead of the phangorn can found. however the VISION need the phanghorn not
phangorn.

Error in loadNamespace(j <- i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]) :
there is no package called ‘phanghorn’
