The devtools::install_github("YosefLab/VISION") need package phanghorn but not the package found in CRAN

This is very odd, when installing the VISION package , the error lying below:
the phanghorn can not be found in CRAN instead of the phangorn can found. however the VISION need the phanghorn not
phangorn.

there is no package called ‘phanghorn’
