当自己的umap大小写不是“UMAP_1"修改R包中ggplot参数ggplot2的参数仍然会报错，这时候需要对reductions@cell embeddings重命名列名即可View(countexp.Seurat@reductions$[email protected])——colnames(countexp.Seurat@reductions$[email protected]) <- c("UMAP_1","UMAP_2")
