问题/Bug详细描述

在初次设置时根据流程输入了正确的账号及密码,手机App亦有新设备登陆提示,但随后继续添加设备时提示“Perset account login failed!”。
已尝试更换设备、更改账号密码均无法解决。

输入的账号密码,在HA重启之前都会缓存,可以尝试重启HA再试。
或者在midea_ac_lan添加设备的选项里面,选择最底下一个:remove login cache即可。
请重启HA或者remove login cache,然后再试试看,多谢

已经测试了四种组合:
移除-重新登陆
重启-重新登陆
移除-重启-重新登陆
重启-移除-重新登陆

问题稳定复现,且log内容类似。
有点奇怪的是每次后面都会有一条“unable to use account [email protected] login to SmartHome cloud”,不知道这个账号是哪里来的

Four combinations have been tested:
Remove-login again
Restart-log in again
Remove-restart-log in again
Restart-remove-log in again

The problem reappears stably and the log content is similar.
What’s a little strange is that every time there is an “unable to use account [email protected] login to SmartHome cloud” message, I don’t know where this account comes from.

这个账号没问题,属于预期账号,因为美居账号只能获取设备信息,不能获取token。

我尝试重新删除了一台设备,重新添加,美居登录成功,上面outlook.comd 账号也都能够登录成功, 也就是账号密码都没问题,整体流程也都没问题。
您是否有修改过源代码或者其他操作?
请尝试删除midea_ac_lan,重新安装,再次重试,也就是我这把完全不能复现您的问题,而且目前也并未看见其他人反馈这一块有问题,是已经用了很久的代码了,目前基本上都未做修改。
需要考虑您的环境问题,以及网络问题,另外是否有梯子或者dns、路由修改之类的导致网络连接出现问题了。

  1. 美居登录成功的log,获取设备详情信息

你的问题应该是在第三步这里。

请尝试完整卸载,然后重启HA,重新安装,开启debug log,然后重新discover,添加,如仍有问题,上传完整debug log吧,感觉你这边环境的可能性比较大了,请再次确认

请勿回复毫无意义的信息或数据。+1000也没有意义。解决不了任何问题,所以:

  1. 请直接给出明确具体的错误信息,你觉得是同样的错误,那错误log 在哪里呢? 请用事实说话,别整没用的啊。
  2. 如果有能力和判断,也可以给出基本的判断和分析,方便辅助解决问题。

因为这些都是已经用了好久的代码,并未做修改,重新删除设备,手工添加设备工验证,也未见错误

I saw "Account or password incorrect, please re-enter" mentioned in the log. Is the password wrong?

@fufuzhou 感谢提供debug log信息,从你的log看,确实显示账户密码错误。
实际我手工验证,都能登录成功,账户密码应该是没问题,目前没看出来哪里不对劲,而且从其他github issue的log也能看到登录成功,原则上来说,账户密码应该没问题。
不确定是不是登录区域,也就是登录IP或者其他什么规则导致服务器不让登录了,感觉有可能是美的服务器侧有所调整,目前还不明确。
另外,你是否可以挂🪜之类的,将美的这个域名https://mp-prod.smartmidea.net改到海外IP?然后开启debug log试试是否可行呢?
我目前确实没有可以复现的环境或者发现明显异常的地方,比较诡异。

In fact, I verified manually and the login was successful. The account and password should be OK. I haven't seen anything wrong so far. Moreover, I can also see that the login was successful from the logs of other github issues. In principle, the account and password should be OK.
I'm not sure if it's the login area, login IP or other rules that prevent the server from logging in. I feel like there might be some adjustments on the Midea server side, but it's not clear yet.
In addition, can you change Midea's domain name https://mp-prod.smartmidea.net to an overseas IP through something like 🪜? Then try to enable the debug log to see if it is possible?
I currently have no environment that can be reproduced or found any obvious anomalies, which is rather weird.

破案了,路由器规则里面这个地址是过梯子的,关了它就成功了....

In principle, the account and password should be OK. I'm not sure if it's the login area, login IP or other rules that prevent the server from logging in. I feel like there might be some adjustments on the Midea server side, but it's not clear yet. In addition, can you change the Midea domain name [https://mp-prod.smartmidea.net] to an overseas IP via something like 🪜? Then enable debug](https://mp-prod.smartmidea.net%E6%94%B9%E5%88%B0%E6%B5%B7%E5%A4%96IP%EF%BC%9F%E7%84 Is it feasible to try %B6%E5%90%8E%E5%BC%80%E5%90%AFdebug) log? I currently have no environment that can be reproduced or found any obvious anomalies, which is rather weird.

The case was solved. The address in the router rules was passed through the ladder. After turning it off, it was successful....
