For this, i suggest that the person should have 5000 xp to buy it so xp also become useful

You may increase/decrease 5000 to any number idc

How do you even see this happen? Srole relies on the numbers and you can't really change that to something easier

With the db rework it can be done. Looping through db-objects where the ID starts with player_
