我想要发送附件不是必须先创建新聊天，能不能直接创建新聊天并发送附件及内容

我看到conversation-id是自己生成的uuid，我可不可以发送附件和内容的时候创建新的uuid，也就是conversation-id，那这样是不是相当于创建了新的聊天
