The debug output is this
[HTML] Mixed Content: The page at 'https://wyozi.github.io/gmod-medialib/mp4.html?id=http://tracer755.com/gmod/Music/Forest_Trekking.mp4' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://vjs.zencdn.net/5.10.4/video.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
[HTML] Uncaught ReferenceError: videojs is not defined

Testing the page localy after changing to https://vjs.zencdn.net/5.10.4/video.js. the player works fine
