Can't optimize villagers after migrating from VillagerNerfer

Some players were having issues and were not able to optimize villagers. After reading about possible issues with villagers that were optimized with AVL, I suspected the cause of this could be our old plugin VillagerNerfer (https://github.com/PSK1103/VillagerNerfer).

I only set the optimization option to block, and a lot of villagers (primarily those that were already in trading halls, "nerfed") simply ignore it.
