Compiler errors with SkiaSharp 1.59.1

The SKPaint properties UnderlineText and StrikeThruText are not available anymore in SkiaSharp 1.59.1, the compilation of KimonoDesigner fails.

In the current VS2019, you can eliminate all instances of these properties. Google removed these properties from Skia so they are no longer needed.
Also you must edit all the Android .csproj files and remove armeabi from .
Note that the project is written for the Mac only, so don't bother if you need it to run on the PC.
