Small example datasets lower the barrier to experimentation, make writing documentation easier, and can also help with creating bug reports.

We should upload example datasets somewhere (the xdggs organization?), which for now can be variants of the main xarray ones (air_temperature, most likely).

we've got the air_temperature dataset in xdggs-data for now, but more examples are always welcome!
