Function for Renaming files to sraped filename

Useful (in future) is a function to rename , maybe with a button or automaticaly, a file on my disk into a scraped filename.
in case of a new "Roll out" on a new computer or a Database crash the software finds more similar and known files so you dont have to click all the way through.
