Would it be possible to allow the importing of local stored image files?

Files put into a "myfiles" folder in the XBVR config dir will be server under the URL http://:9999/myfiles/.
So if I put scene_cover.jpg into /Users/crwxaj/Library/Application Support/xbvr/myfiles (for macOS), I can use http://:9999/myfiles/scene_cover.jpg as the cover URL for the scene
