Sync Transifex translations with the po strings files #32

The strings on Transifex don't seem to be in sync with the po files, is there a script to sync them (in both directions)?

It does not look like there is such a script for the package xbian-package-config-shell

update.translation downloads only from Transifex for xbian-package-config-shell, gen.translations.sh does it for xbian-package-config-xbmc though
