[Question] Not Playing on Shield TV !

Describe the problem

Just want to ask, Is there is a big diff. using the version from Windows vs Android. I have this m3u8 link (not "live" ), on Windows it plays perfectly fine, but when using Shield TV, Download failed, HTTP error 404:

you havent provide debug log nor the manifests so i have no idea whats happens
but often its due to missing/wrong user agent
