主动标注的申诉好像没用？ #169

没看清把一个联系人标注了广告，现在这个标注去不掉，主动申诉也没效果

复现步骤:

被标注了广告后，进app内主动标注里的申诉，进行申诉了，没效果

想问下，这个标注的号码会被其他来电骚扰软件或国产系统自带的识别吗，还是这是这个软件里才会被标注？不想给别人带来困扰

不影响别的软件，申诉的号码会在下次离线数据更新的时候移除
