Create package on AUR

We should create a package on AUR buildable as dependencies on xi-core-git and create the module for syntax highlighter as a AUR package too. This module is hosted inside of the xi-editor official package.

• AUR package for xi-xim-git
• AUR package for https://github.com/google/xi-editor/tree/master/rust/syntect-plugin as xi-syntect-plugin-git

It's know that xim is known as the [he]x vim editor and can conflicts with this. There is a entry on AUR about xim-git and this should added as a conflict.
