I was able to fix it by modifying the setup.py file and editing this line

'pyparsing>=2.4*;python_version>="3.5"',

with

'pyparsing>=2.4;python_version>="3.5"',

Just removing the wildcard sign

solve by doing
python3 -m pip install pip==23.0.1

What a mess, im not gonna even try to use this tool anymore if there will be no updates.

I was able to fix it by modifying the setup.py file and editing this line

'pyparsing>=2.4*;python_version>="3.5"',

with

'pyparsing>=2.4;python_version>="3.5"',

Just removing the wildcard sign
