Describe the bug

When navigating to an individual conversation, clicking another conversation in the list changes the URL but does not update the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have an account with multiple conversations
  2. Go to one conversation
  3. Click on another

Expected behavior

It should navigate between conversations
