1.Android SDK 0.15.12
group.decryptedMessages() passes the after parameter, which does not work and still returns from the first message

@insipx or @codabrink would one of you mind looking into this. It appears it's not being respected on the libxmtp level.

it was actually android not respecting nanoseconds.
