able to set multiple interfaces per environment.

why

xfel_sase1 has 3 possible interfaces: doocs, doocs_mock and doocs_real2sim
To add a new environment for each interface feels clumsy

how

Add a Combobox to routine page which displays choice of interfaces for the current environment
Either create a new Environment object or alternative current object by a new function
