I know this has already been requested in #35 but since it's over 1 year ago now and already closed I'd like to request it again.

Make it possible so instead of having TTS for the DoT/Buff Tracker you can play audio files

//Edit: Seems kinda irrelevant now because you can just make it yourself with the buff duration feature, still leaving this open tho.
