XEPs are not using entities from xep.ent for authors consistently. E.g. Dave Cridland is referenced by his entity in some XEPs, but with explicit <author/> blocks in XEPs 0399, 0400, and 0402, as well as several inbox items.

Instead, all authors should have a corresponding XML entity that is then used everywhere.
