本主题主要介绍不是通常意义上的新人成长中遇到的一些技巧性的问题，二是从两个维度介绍新人成长过程中（从普通的工程师到架构师，从架构师再到技术TL）如何从内在思维上提升自己：

职场新人要成长成为架构师如何先做事再做人、与人协作、如何了解老板希望你的、如何善于发现兴奋点；不仅是技术上的修炼，与老板以及合作伙伴都要协作上注意哪些
做好架构师角色外要成长为一个技术TL如何从利己到利他、多提建议少出解决方案、以及三个不要脸的原则等。
听众受益
从工程师到架构师转变中从思维上认识到一些隐蔽的规律。
架构师再到技术TL从思维上避免一些错误、更好的做事等。
