i did some tries to bring xvp to ubuntu 16.04 (which is php7) but i was not successful.

I get 500 error on update.php, unless i comment out xmlrpc.inc from update.php. |
with php5 i see this: Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in xmlrpc.php on line 590 |
