现在的编辑器导入并不好用，还会存在同id会新增一个新的无效资源的情况。
希望能够新增资源导入API，特别是图标的。
现在的编辑器图标在导入时能够通过特定的名字指定ID，能否利用这点实现指定ID？

资源导入流程比较复杂，插件模拟可能问题会更多

图片可以，目前计划做个图片资源的管理
