Removes Gatsby from the repository (#5742)

**What's the problem this PR addresses?**

This diff removes the legacy Gatsby website from the repository. It can
still be built and deployed from the `website` branch, but since we no
longer deploy it from `master` there's no point keeping it there (I'll
also disable the PR previews for it).
