• Pack kang : Kang a whole pack by replying to a sticker .

• List pack : a command to list sticker packs made by this bot

Yes different bot, has different pack. You need userbot and kang using your userbot to make appear on stickers bot.

I will add kang whole pack soon, but for list pack I don't know since it need saved to database first.

Yes it's need database. Actually I don't know much of coding but . There's bot that can do this by using redis database but it's in telethon 🥲
