Scope

yLockers team will own and manage ...

  • yLocker products (e.g. yCRV, yBAL, yPRISMA, etc)
  • Treasury veToken positions
  • veBOOST
  • yBribe

Plan

The following deliverables will be met as part of this plan.

  • Continue yLocker product operations:
    • Incremental improvements in automation, including bi-weekly Curve voting calcs
    • Continue developing and enhancing B2B relationships, increasing demand for yLocker products
    • Vote in protocol governance (primarily Curve DAO/gauge approval) in accordance with yearn's strategic interests + guidance from protocol risk teams.
    • Execute weekly gauge votes and distribute or compound rewards (where appropriate) from treasury veToken positions. Effective today, we have spun up a sub team for making gauge vote decisions. More details about team can be found here...
  • veBOOST migration process
    • Support Curve devs' implementation of long-term fixes for:
      • Yearn's stuck Convex veBOOST delegation (currently patched, not a final solution)
      • Yearn's inability to use mainnet voter boost outside of Ethereum
    • This BR specifically pertains to finalization and implementation of these contracts; these contracts have been in active development and a first draft will be completed prior to the start of this budget period.
  • vl-yCRV audit complete and UI launch
    • Complete the audit with ChainSec (previously incomplete)
    • Provide UX feedback to web team for FE development
  • Prepare yPRISMA
    • Voter contract written and deployed
    • Create launch plans, including airdrop distribution, docs, comms.
    • Design and develop any periphery contracts required for upcoming PRISMA governance and token distribution
    • Coordinate with Primsa devs for code reviews
  • Publish Docs:
    • vl-yCRV:
      • Complete docs for VL users
    • veCRV ownership:
      • Create, review, and publish a process + docs outlining Yearn treasury's veCRV position and how Yearn discretionary gauge votes are paid for.
