Display list of Administrations

I need some way to see a list of administrations for the following purposes:

• Troubleshoot an administration that I have created (see Created administration but games not assigned #102)
• Double check variant assignments for admins created by one of the other RC's

A button that gives a list of all administrations would be fine
A way to see the administrations assigned to a district from the district list view would be very helpful

Ok, I just realized that the default view is called "your administrations". Obviously somehow this was completely non-obvious to me that I was looking at scheduled administrations! Maybe give me a button on the side that opens to this page. I can only see the top two districts on my screen. I'd much rather have a more compactly formatted list that I can expand and contract according to what I want to look at.
