0pdd doesn't accept invitation as collaborator in repo.

I've tried to re-invite @0pdd serveral times to my repo already with a day interval.

And still, I see the same picture:

Without this, 0pdd can't add labels to my issues and produces errors about lack of permissions.

@twogb it's hard to tell what's going on without looking at the logs. I suggest we add a new page to 0pdd server: 0pdd.com/invitation?repo=foo/bar. This page should show the status of the invitation to foo/bar.
