Summary of my important github contributions accepted and merged towards SciML organization

The following contributions by the author of this thesis in SciML/Catalyst.jl (and also it’s supporting package SciML/ReactionNetworkImporters.jl), an open- source software meant for symbolic modeling and simulation of chemical reaction networks aided in the partial development of this thesis.

(a) SOFTWARE API DEVELOPMENT
Initial developments on SciML/Catalyst.jl and SciML/ReactionNetworkImporters.jl API functions related to network analysis viz.,

• Reaction complexes and their mapping with reactions
• Incidence matrix and complex stoichiometric matrix
• Linkage classes of a network and Graph based on incidence matrix
• Reaction-network visualisation based on reaction-complexes
• Constructing a reaction network from complex stoichiometric matrix and incidence matrix

(b) SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT

• Catalyst.jl tutorial on Matrix-vector representation of reaction rate equation, reaction-complex representation and aspects of reaction network structure
• Catalyst.jl tutorial on programmatically creating and solving Smoluchowski coagulation equation
