Hello-IT version: 1.4.4
macOS version: 10.14.6
Preferences deployed via: local plist
Preferences targeting: user

Setup goal

Show the notificationWhenStateTurnOK only when a status change to OK

Issue description

When notificationWhenStateTurnOK is enabled, the notification pop ups at every boot or login even if it was no issue/status change previously.

Interesting. Basically the issue is at the launch time from default state to first computed state. That's something I need to work on if you want to be able to disable this behavior. Because in fact, the status actually change to OK for real, so that's why the notification is shown. It's just not your expected behavior here and I understand this.

I'm open to suggestion (like no notifications on the first 30s lifetime?)
