For use this implementation CSRF in yii app need provider for make CsrfToken::initialize() as here.

Suggestion:

  1. Rewrite SessionCsrfTokenStorage.php to NativeSessionCsrfTokenStorage with use $_SESSION.

  2. Create new package yiisoft/yii-csrf with:
