WINDOWS版本，修改config文件，不生效，密码也只能用默认，不知道是不是个例，用的是腾讯云的2012服务器系统。

需要重启nps才生效，如果不会重启建议重启服务器

修改的是不是安装目录的配置文件？还是安装目录的文件？
