Hi. I recently just updated to Xcode 11. And I noticed that the pan gesture is not working anymore. Maybe it has something to do with the new presentation modes in Xcode 11?

This seems to be a bug of the Xcode 11 simulator of iOS 13 devices only. The gesture works in real iOS 13 devices. See ScreenEdgePanGestureDemo for details.

This seems to be an intentional change by Apple. Just show the device bezels in simulator: Window > Show Device Bezels.
