与RecyclerView一起使用时滑动事件会冲突

不完美解决方法
使用RelativeLayout套嵌

        android:layout_width="match_parent"
        android:layout_height="match_parent">

            android:layout_height="match_parent"

    </ScrollView>

但是还是有bug 会显示不了最后一条数据
