增加.env文件，完善配置文件，建库要 DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8
关闭 es6转es5
关闭强制验证tls证书
分为server端和client端，使用vscode编辑，wepy编译，微信开发工具预览。
数据库选择5.7,5.5以下会有datetime字段错误，8.0时需要选择最新的typescript版本
node版本需要保持较新
�nginx代理是配置https和wss的好方法，阿里云有免费的证书。
